One of my all-time favorite meals is grilled cheese. It's cheesy and warm and crispy all in one bite. I love it so much, that Ryan bought me these special soup + sandwich trays for Christmas. Ahhmazing.
Never a huge fan of crusts, I decided to put a different spin on this classic comfort meal tonight. Using heart and scalloped circle shaped cookie cutters, I trimmed down the sandwiches in to cute little minis. Then, I diced the leftovers in to little squares to float in my tomato soup. It's so simple and yet it made dinner so much more...fun!
